Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

If the item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

Refund Processing Time

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Follow the return request process outlined above to initiate your return. Once we receive the returned item, you can proceed with your new order.
